Palm Beach Gardens school district says they postponed game ‘out of an abundance of caution.’

Follows Alex Jones’ bombshell report that Biden admin preparing to reimpose COVID restrictions.

A high school football game in Florida scheduled for Friday was abruptly canceled, with officials attributing the match’s rescheduling to an “outbreak of Covid-19.”

On Thursday, the Palm Beach Gardens school district sent a notification to parents announcing the cancellation only one day ahead of the game.

“Out of an abundance of caution, the football game between Palm Beach Gardens High School and Vero Beach High School scheduled for Friday, September 1, has been postponed due to an outbreak of COVID-19,” the district’s message to parents stated, adding, “The game has been rescheduled for Wednesday, September 6 at Vero Beach High School at 5PM.”

Local NBC affiliate WPTV covered the development, reporting, “The district said COVID-19 cases are impacting Palm Beach Gardens High School football players but not the entire school.”

One X user claimed only a few players have fallen ill, writing, “Parents are reporting there are 6 sick players, but they still have enough players to play and the practices were canceled too.”

The game’s sudden cancellation harkens back to Covid-era lockdowns from years past where theaters and stores closed, and concerts and sporting events were cancelled “out of an abundance of caution” to “stop the spread” of the virus.

The match’s cancellation “due to Covid” comes on the heels of Alex Jones’ bombshell exclusive last week based on intel from high-level sources inside the TSA and Border Patrol, in which he relayed the Biden administration was preparing to reimpose COVID restrictions in mid-September or October.

Since Jones’ report, several universities have announced a return of mask mandates and social distancing policies, while various schools have also closed their doors temporarily in response to reported outbreaks.

It’s worth noting the game’s Covid-related football game cancellation is unfolding in a state that prides itself on rejecting Covid hysteria, with Florida being one of the first states in the nation to put an end to lockdown mandates.

Time will tell if Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis weighs in on the alleged “outbreak of Covid.”
